Arizona loves you. Companies with multiple stores have to take baby steps, but with enough positive response, they CAN be taken. We were able to pull anal ease and shrink creams off of www.FunLove.com in February, and by the end of May, they'll be out of the 16 stores. Change is slow, but it happens. When I worked at my store, I went out of my way to learn and educate the staff and the customers. And like you said, people just don't know, so they go with what they've heard of. Trojan condoms used to fly off the shelves, but when I'd talk to people about why I liked Crown or Kimono so much better, they bought those instantly.
