Porn Party & New Ethical Porn VOD

Sinclair Sexsmith and I will be hosting another porn party on twitter. This time we’ll be watching 4 scenes from the new site QueerPorn.TV. Join in on the fun at 6 PM PST/ 9 PM EST on Wednesday January 19th by following along with the #pornparty hashtag on twitter. We’ll all be hitting play at about the same time and tweeting our commentary. We’ve done this a few times before and it’s always a blast.

Make sure you’ve got your membership before the party starts. VIP membership is $29.99 per month for downloaded and streaming movies, cancel any time. Or you can buy or rent movies individually starting at $12. But for how much we’ll be watching I recommend getting the VIP membership.

In other news, I often have people asking me for recommendations for ethical porn so I decided to add my own video on demand (VOD) service to the site. You can click the above menu tab that says “Porn” or click on “Garnet Approved VOD” under Porn I Love in my right sidebar. It can also be reached by simply typing in vod.askgarnet.com. The service is hosted by HotMoviesForHer and it allows me to filter by studio. Through vod.askgarnet.com you can only view studios that I feel are ethical which leaves about 650 movies which is still a giant chunk. I then whittled it down to 70+ featured films which are easy to find on the front page. These are my absolute favorite studios. And then to highlight my absolute favorite movies I created a top 10 under Editor’s Picks. I tried to include a variety of films in this section, but I will point out that I’m missing gay male porn. I really am unfamiliar with it unfortunately. However, if you know a gay porn studio that you think is ethical please tell me about it and include how they are different and I’ll consider adding them.

Every time you watch a movie through my VOD service I will get a percentage. Think of it as a way to support me, this blog, and ethical pornography.

Tight Places: A Drop of Color

Disappointingly, not many people showed up to the twitter porn party a few nights ago. We still had fun, but hopefully next month we can get more folks to join in because the conversation makes it better.

I’m not going to review the movie we watched, but I did take a lot of screen caps to share so you can all get a taste of it. It was panty dropping hot and really well shot. But you all should seriously attend the next one.

Twitter Porn Party #2

So I mentioned that I was going to be doing a twitter pornoparty last month, but it didn’t happen. I didn’t really push it because, well, everything has been hectic here. You try moving across the country and not having any of your stuff for 2 weeks and try to coordinate a twitter party. It’s not easy. That’s okay though because we’re now set to go. But we’ve decided on a different movie, one that is really exciting.

This Month’s Porno Party

So we had planned on watching the second disc of Strapped Dykes for this month’s porno party and guess what, Jiz Lee is auctioning off the cock they used in the film as well as a signed copy of the movie. So I think we’ll hold off on doing the pornoparty until said cock and film are bought so the winner can join us in the party. What do you think?

Also it will buy me some time for my stuff to arrive from Chicago. Although Femenina Deliciosa was nice enough to offer up her place for the porno watching festivities. So even if my stuff doesn’t come yet, we should still be able to do it.

Next month we will be a lot more organized I swear! In fact, I’m planning on doing a giveaway of the movie we decide on so that the winner can watch along with us. It should be fun times.

PornoParty a Roaring Success

In case you were wondering, the Twitter pornoparty was a roaring success. It was a ton of fun and I think we are planning on doing it monthly. Sinclair Sexsmith requested a movie with ladies doing it and I know that we both have Strapped Dykes so I nominate that one. But we’ll only be able to watch one disc because that flick is 4 friggin hours long.
